This 325,000 square foot building was retrofitted to meet the requirements of H.O.O.P.P. The interior was demolished and restored to accommodate various tenants. The refacing of the building with steel siding and the inclusion of exterior canopies gave the exterior facade of this building a more modern and updated look. Truck level doors were installed at the front and rear of the building.
