Aldo L. Gottardo, President & CEO

Aldo’s passion for the construction industry began in his early career working for his father, Ron Gottardo. In 1978, Aldo established Gottardo Construction Limited. Throughout his 30 year tenure, he has acquired invaluable construction and development experience making him a highly regarded leader in the construction industry. Under Aldo’s direction, the Company has grown tremendously as a builder and developer of commercial, industrial and residential projects in the Southern Ontario region. As the President and C.E.O, Mr. Gottardo is focused on the strategic growth and day-to-day operation of the Gottardo Group of Companies.

Erminia brings 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate construction and legal business accounting. As Director of Financial Reporting, Erminia oversees all areas of the Company's financial and risk management, including budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis.

Trudy Haalmeyer, Director of Leasing

Trudy has extensive experience in real estate leasing, sales, and marketing, interacting with local, regional and nationally based corporations and with the I.C.I. brokerage community. She is dedicated to directing all office, industrial, and retail leasing initiatives and acquisitions for the Company. Trudy’s primary focus is working with tenants, brokers, and legal counsel in addition to overseeing the negotiations for both new development projects and the Company's existing portfolio.
